One-time orders
You can cancel a one-time order for a full refund at any time before it ships. We ship quickly, so contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Email support@trypalaceguard.com with the subject "Cancel Order", your order number, and the email address used at checkout. We'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method.
If your order has already shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and use our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
Palace Protection (subscription)
Palace Protection is an optional monthly membership offered at checkout.
- Free first month. You are not charged when you add Palace Protection to your order.
- Then $14.95 every 4 weeks. After the free month, the payment method used for your order is charged $14.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
- Cancel any time, no fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund charges already made, except as described below.
- How to cancel: click "Manage Subscription" in any subscription email, or email support@trypalaceguard.com with the subject "Cancel Membership" and your order number. We'll confirm your cancellation by email.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud. We'll notify you by email if that happens.
