Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been fulfilled. Because we aim to ship quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

How to Cancel

Email support@trypalaceguard.com with:

  • The subject line "Cancel Order"
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order

We will confirm your cancellation by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has been fulfilled we are no longer able to cancel it. You have two options:

  • Refuse delivery when the package arrives, or
  • Accept delivery and request a return under our 30-day money-back guarantee

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email.
